A labyrinth is not a maze. It is a single path that one follows as it twists and turns, but it is always leading to the center. During the walk, stress may melt away, intuition and deep knowledge may arise, and you may feel connected to something larger than yourself.
Global Spiritual Life, Canterbury Downtown and the Chaplain’s Circle are sponsoring a labyrinth for students to experience this walking prayer or meditation. Companions will be present to offer a short introduction, and students may spend as much or as little time as they like walking the 24-foot cloth labyrinth that will be set up in Grand Hall.
